Hackett House proudly presents television and radio personality and cookbook author JAN D'ATRI AND MOMMA (LIVIA) for a very special evening of memories...Momma's Chicken or Veal Scaloppini; Momma's Sauteed Zucchini; Zuppa Englese (Trifle) from Momma & Me & You Cookbook, along with Chocolate Peppermint Bars from Jan's newest cookbook...Rescued Recipe Cookbook.  Both cookbooks will be available for purchase along with Jan's new line of Bamboo utensils.

KATHY ANDREWS returns to Hackett House with dishes she has perfected after first tasting them in famous restaurants...her menu will include Tomato Bread, Sauteed Mushrooms, Corn Chowder; Pork Tenderloin with Recado Rub, Asparagus, Cornbread Pudding and Mole; and a Special Surprise Dessert.  Kathy's husband Gale will pair wines to accompany each course.

BOB TRICK, owner of House of Tricks, the popular dining establishment in downtown Tempe, introduces KARLEEN DIMANTAS, Chef at House of Tricks, to the "Cuisines of the World" program at Hackett House.  Karleen brings her years of experience to Hackett House showcasing classics with a twist...Coffee Rubbed Rack of Lamb with Avocado and Ruby Red Grapefruit Salad; Alaskan Halibut with Grilled Corn Cake and a salute to memories... "Not Your Grandma's" Rhubarb-Strawberry Cobbler.  With Bob doing the wine pairing, this will be a dynamic class for all to enjoy!

JAMES PORTER, popular Chef and Owner of Petite Maison, his newest restaurant in Scottsdale, will feature some classic French favorites...Coquille St. Jacques and Coq au Vin, along with Vanilla Souffle and Port Poached Pears...Divine!!  Chef Porter is well known for his imaginative creations as the Owner and Chef of Tapino in Scottsdale, which he closed to open Petite Maison.  Get your reservations for this one...tout de suite!

Back to Hackett House for an encore performance...LOUIS BASILE, owner of Wildflower Bread Company and his crew return to the Hackett House patio for Easy Summertime Entertaining...Chopped Salad of Arugula, Sun Roasted Corn, Red Bell Peppers, Israeli Couscous, Sunflower Seeds; Alaskan Salmon, Feta Cheese and Pesto Vinaigrette; Pork Tenderloin with Homemade Barbeque Sauce; Grilled Corn, Asparagus and Portobello; Lemon Coconut Torte; and Wildflower Bread!  A menu we will use again and again as hot Arizona weather makes its entrance soon!

Classes begin at 6:30 pm and end at 9:00 pm.
All classes are $50 per person and are held on the patio.
Wine pairings are included.
Prepaid reservations are required and may be made by calling the Hackett House at
480-350-8181.  Pay for five classes and receive the sixth class free!
Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance...credit will be in the form of store credit.
