Celebrate the magic of the season at the annual Nutcracker Tea at the historic Hackett House in partnership with Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre. You are invited to enjoy an enchanting afternoon filled with holiday cheer, delightful treats, and special appearances by costumed Nutcracker dancers who will interact with guests throughout the event.
Tea will be served on the beautiful covered patio from 1:00–3:00 PM, featuring a selection of child-friendly sweets and savory treats designed to delight guests of all ages.
As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by dancers from the ballet company and have opportunities for photos, holiday crafts, shopping at the charming Millie’s Boutique, and the chance to purchase beautifully decorated pointe shoes from the Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre.
Children are encouraged to dress in their holiday best, princess attire, or favorite costumes to add to the magic of the day.

Proceeds from this special event support both the Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre and the educational and cultural programs of the Hackett House.

PLEASE NOTE: Since we are not over “the pandemic” yet, we ask that everyone wear a mask when not seated. We have limited the attendance number for this year. In an attempt to space people carefully, we ask that you try to register in groups of 4 or more to help us create the best spacing and seating following CDC guidelines.
