With the “opening” of Tempe, we, at the Hackett House, are watching how things go. Our first concern is for the safety of our volunteers and the community. First, we will be doing some heavy duty sanitizing of our space and then provide sanitation supplies for daily use.
We officially closed our regular hours and days at the shop as we do each year after the Mother’s Day Tea (which, of course, was a dream this year!) However, we will begin opening on Wednesdays from 11-2 at the beginning of June AND we will also be available by appointment (Contact us through email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will publish some of our very cute merchandise through Constant Contact and Facebook. We have some terrific personal and gift items available as well as clothing and jewelry. You can either visit us on Wednesday, or email us for an appointment.
For the health and safety of our volunteers, we do ask that everyone wear a mask while in the close quarters of the shop. While it usually is not an issue during the summer, if need be, we will limit the number of people in the shop at one time.
FOR RIGHT NOW, WE GOT SCONES! OUR TEA “ANGELS” HAVE MADE BATCHES OF BLUEBERRY/LEMON SCONES! THEY ARE PACKAGED IN SETS OF 6 – $12 PER 1/2 DOZEN AND COME WITH COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. THEY ARE THE START OF A GREAT BREAKFAST/BRUNCH, AFTERNOON TEA, OR A GIFT FOR A FRIEND. You will pay online and then contact Lynn and/or Gail at the email@example.com email to arrange pickup.
Keep checking back for updates coming soon.
