Chef Iñaki Comes to Hackett

Chef Iñaki joins the Hackett House volunteers to prepare cuisine from the Spanish and Basque regions. Iñaki was born and raised in the Basque city of Irun, Spain and began his apprenticeship in kitchens in 1992 in Argi Eder, France. After graduating from Lycee Hotelier de Biarritz in 1996 with three degrees in the culinary arts, he moved to the United States to work at Hotel Durant in Berkeley, CA. He then moved to AZ and worked in multiple restaurants. Currently he and his wife operate Keto Kitchen Confections in Chandler.
We are looking forward to seeing what Iñaki will prepare for us in the Hackett House kitchen. (We’ve heard Tortilla Patata, Paella, and Crema de Catalana is on the menu – updated menu coming soon.)
